This important industry annual ceremony celebrates the outstanding achievements of businesses and individuals across the sector and will take place on Wednesday 8th December at P&J Live in Aberdeen.
The Energy Transition category, which champions all the great work that is being done by the sector as the UK works towards achieving its climate goals, will highlight the best of the best in terms of how the sector is approaching and contributing towards a lower carbon future.
The coveted Audience Award will also be running for the second time, which will hail a winner amongst finalists from all categories.
OGUK CEO, Deirdre Michie OBE, said: “Our awards are a highlight of the industry calendar and a great opportunity to shine a light on the work and innovation of our people and skills as we navigate our journey to net zero.
“It has been a year like no other, and while Covid has locked down nations, communities, and society, our people have worked hard to provide the vital energy that we continue to need for homes, hospitals and industries.
“This is a great opportunity to celebrate the key role companies and individuals are playing, and continue to play, as the UK shifts to net zero by 2050.”
Nominations will close midday on Friday 6 August and are open for the following categories:
