Sentinam’s EXPO offer highlights critical importance of fuel hygiene

Sentinam, a specialist in advanced fuel conditioning and fluid management, has announced it will provide free, professional fuel analysis for visitors to the upcoming industry event UKIFDA EXPO 2026, taking place in the Exhibition Centre, Liverpool on 15-16 April

EXPO visitors are invited to visit Sentinam on Stand 33 to pick up a free diagnostic kit (P&P will need to be paid by the recipient).

With the transition towards bio blends such as FAME (Fatty Acid Methyl Ester), Sentinam’s offer is designed to highlight the critical importance of fuel hygiene to mitigate the risk of contamination – such as particulates, water ingress, and microbial growth (diesel bug).

Eliminating “silent killers”

Contamination often goes undetected until it causes catastrophic equipment failure or costly downtime. Sentinam’s advanced oil filtration and “kidney loop” polishing systems are engineered to target these risks, ensuring stored fuel consistently exceeds ISO 4406 and EN590 standards.

“Many operators don’t realise their fuel is at risk until a pump fails or a vehicle breaks down,” explains Neil Turnbull, Managing Director at Sentinam.

“By offering free analysis at the UKIFDA EXPO, we’re giving attendees the chance to stop guessing and start measuring. Our goal is to show how targeted filtration can protect assets and secure long-term operational reliability.”

Innovation in filtration

On its stand Sentinam will be showcasing its GT range of UK-designed fuel filtration skid systems featuring multi-stage media and filtration technology.

Capable of achieving fuel cleanliness levels as high as 12/9/6 (ISO4406), the GT range is regarded as the “gold standard” for maintaining product purity in bulk storage.

The team will also be discussing

  • Contamination Remediation
  • Asset Protection
  • Compliance

If you are attending UKIFDA EXPO 2026, you can pick up your free fuel kit from Stand 33 and receive a complimentary assessment.
