TOTY Estuary Oils

Once again this year, we are seeing many eye-catching examples being proudly shared via social media channels and the Fuel Oil News team looks forward to seeing your latest essential fleet additions entered for the prestigious 2025 Tanker of the Year award.

Any tanker that is added to your fleet between 1st January and 31st December 2025 can be entered for consideration for this key industry award which recognises a tanker that is making a unique contribution to your business. Tankers can be nominated by the distributor, manufacturer or equipment provider.

Excellent standard

The 2024 competition saw Estuary Oils announced as winners of the 22nd Fuel Oil News Tanker of the Year Award in a competition that attracted a record number of entries.  With competition fierce and the standard excellent, special recognition was given to Gleaner’s new DAF tanker and a fantastic mini tanker from Carrs Billington.

An ambassador for safe, efficient fuel distribution

Becoming something of an online celebrity to truck aficionados, the 2024 winning tanker, CF24 ATV, edged fierce competition by being a wonderful ambassador for all that is important in fuel distribution.

Safe, efficient, optimally equipped and fuelled by renewable diesel, CF24 ATV delivers an outstanding service to domestic, industrial, agricultural, retail and marine customers, as well as to driver Dave Mould and fuel distributor and tanker owner, Estuary Oils.

Estuary Oils is proud to operate a strict 3-year vehicle replacement program that ensures the distributor’s eye-catching fleet is always at the pinnacle of safety, efficiency, technology, and branding.

The company’s Business Strategy Manager, Kevin Harford, told us a little more about this “one of a kind” tanker.

“Lovingly driven by our very own Dave Mould, CF24 ATV will deliver approx. 130 million litres in the 3 years that she is in service with us.”

“Safety is at the forefront of everything that we do, and this build of the DAF XD 410 is the ‘next generation’ in vehicle and pedestrian safety”, Kevin shares proudly.

We like a challenge!

Entries for our 2025 award will be accepted up to 31 December 2025. We look forward to receiving a significant number of entries once again this year and to being faced with a tough challenge to pick just one winner!
