New senior appointment for QMRE

QM Recycled Energy (QMRE), the Kent based specialist operator of plastic waste-2-oil systems, has introduced its first new senior management position with the appointment of Lauren Gingell as company secretary.

Commercial experience

Lauren has a wide commercial experience with a variety of high-level administrative and project management roles. She is experienced in training and mentoring of staff at all levels of skills and seniority and has strong IT and database management skills. Within QMRE Lauren is responsible for assessing, disseminating and providing training/coaching modules where required for all HR and HSE legislation and subsequent data updates/developments.

She advises the board of directors on corporate governance matters, best practices and regulatory changes and reports directly to the CEO on financial planning, cost control and purchase ledger control.

Lauren’s role will also see her liaise with external advisors, such as auditors, legal counsel and regulatory authorities. She will monitor changes in relevant legislation and regulations and advise management on potential impacts as well as providing support and guidance to the board and senior management on governance-related matters.
