A spokesperson for DCC Energy said: “DCC Energy and SHV Energy, two global leaders in the liquid gas industry, are working together to promote the development of renewable liquid gas.
“We have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore sustainable opportunities for the generation of renewable liquid gas (rLG) and renewable and recycled carbon dimethyl ether (rDME). We intend to collaborate to identify the best solutions to supply challenges in Europe, which will open the door to production of rLG and rDME at scale, with the goal to secure widespread commercial adoption.”
