Simple Fill
Another innovation from Anton Paar to save operator time and reduce instrument downtime, SVM 1101 Simple Fill features a funnel for effortless filling, automatic refilling, and cleaning and a built-in air pump allows automatic drying.
The user pours the sample directly into the instrument funnel, with no need for syringes, closes the lid and starts the test. After the test, the lid is opened to pour in the cleaning solvent for an automatic cleaning and drying cycle. The SVM 1101 even confirms when the measuring cell is clean and ready for the next measurement.
Filling Check
To carry out density measurement according to ASTM D4052 requires an adequate procedure to check the filling quality of the oscillating U-tube. Filling Check monitors the U-tube during measurement and alerts the operator to the presence of any bubbles in the measuring cell, as these would affect the quality of the measurement
