Quest Waste Management takes delivery of new RTN-manufactured articulated ADR tanker

The 30,000-litre Articulated ADR Tanker, specifically designed for carrying and transporting hazardous and dangerous liquids will be taking to the road following it’s unveiling at Road Transport Expo earlier this month

A new ADR tanker built for Quest Waste Management by RTN

Manufactured by Yorkshire based RTN Clayton Vallely, the tank is made from 316 stainless steel with a 5mm shell is suitable for Waste ADR products classified under tank material compatibility classes 3, 6, 8, and 9, complying with tank code L4AH.

Quest is a company continually investing to adapt to evolving customer needs and the latest addition is designed for transporting a diverse array of substances such as acids, alkalis and flammable product. The new tanker is also equipped with a fully enclosed double handrail and is designed for ground-level operation, to ensure the highest level of operator safety in line with the company’s commitment to workplace safety,

Facilitating diversification

Clive Leadbetter, Quest Managing Director, said that the company invested in the new tanker “due to a rise in demand for such business activities” before adding: “We are pleased to have taken delivery of this specialised ADR tanker as our bulk logistics fleet continues to grow,”
