The new facility marks a notable milestone for Your NRG and allows it to extend its customer service to a broader audience, having already delivered over 300 million litres of fuel and heating oil to homes and businesses across the country.
“Our newly established terminal parking and direct supply agreements with the major oil companies means we can offer our customers even more of our dynamic and proactive pricing in all market conditions,” continues Royle.
Helping achieve sustainable goals
The new Halstead depot is also equipped to support the rollout of Your NRG’s sustainable future fuels offering, which includes environmentally conscious options such as Shell GTL and HVO fuel. This aligns with Your NRG’s commitment to fostering a greener future and offering eco-friendly alternatives to increasingly eco-conscious customers.
The oil distributor recently partnered with Shell to supply the agricultural sector with its innovative GTL (gas-to-liquid) fuel whose cleaner burn offers better combustion properties over conventional crude oil-based diesel. This helps to reduce emissions of air pollutants and support meeting local environmental regulations.
