The latest innovations from, and for, the liquid fuels distribution industry will be revealed at UKIFDA EXPO 2022 and Future Fuels Conference, according to UKIFDA, the trade association organiser of the two-day event, which takes place this week at the Exhibition Centre Liverpool – 27th and 28th April 2022.
Looking ahead to what’s in store, UKIFDA chief executive Ken Cronin says: “Exhibition space has sold out and attendee registrations are showing it’s going to be a well-attended event. This year’s theme is ‘Back for the Future’ and the 90 exhibitors are certainly promising to deliver on that front, especially now we’re back in person with plenty of industry innovation to be shared – much of which you can preview on the EXPO App.”
Once pre-registered attendees can download the App and plan in advance. Exhibitors can be found on the App where each one has a virtual booth. This features product and service launches, videos and streams, downloadable brochures and handouts, promotional offers and contact details for networking opportunities.
Attendees will also be able to use the app to see the event agenda, make introductions, arrange meet-ups, share articles and make announcements.
Conference delivers latest thinking on future fuels
A big draw at last year’s virtual event was the first-ever Future Fuels Conference, and visitors can expect another impressive line-up of speakers.
The Future Fuels Conference 2022, sponsored by Crown Oil, will review progress and view future fuels through the eyes of five different participants – the liquid fuel industry, fuel customers, government, the market and suppliers.
From keynote speakers to roundtable discussions, the daily sessions will share the latest future fuels thinking, research and success stories to educate, inform and inspire visitors to make positive change happen. The Future Fuels Conference Schedule is accessible via the EXPO App, where there is a facility to enable attendees to add specific sessions to their calendars. Access the conference schedule here.
UKIFDA membership and events manager Dawn Shakespeare is urging people wanting to attend to pre-register and download the App if they haven’t already: “Pre-registration will enable attendees to fast-track through the arrival point. We can’t wait to welcome visitors to the event.
“I’d also like to thank all of the sponsors and, of course, the exhibitors and visitors – it promises to be an action-packed event.”
