In its feedback, Investors in People reported: “You have provided effective people management and development in order to achieve high levels of engagement, trust and transparency, which has in turn delivered higher levels of performance overall and enabled you to drive your vision and mission forward.”
Silvey Fleet’s managing director, Miriam James, commented:

It was felt our response to the COVID-19 pandemic served to raise morale during a challenging time for both our people and the business.”
