Greenarc Fuel Cards awarded place on Crown Commercial Service framework

Greenarc Fuel Cards has secured a place on the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) framework RM6367, providing public sector organisations with an approved route to procure its fuel card services.

CCS acts as the UK government’s central procurement authority, establishing frameworks that pre-qualify suppliers against defined standards covering governance, financial stability, compliance and service delivery. Appointment to a framework confirms that those requirements have been met, enabling public bodies to contract with suppliers without running a full standalone tender process.

Business milestone

For Greenarc Fuel Cards, the Burnley-based business founded only a few years ago, the award marks a significant milestone. Inclusion on RM6367 means local authorities, NHS trusts and other public sector fleets can access its fuel card offering under compliant terms with pricing structures and due diligence already in place.

Fuel cards continue to play an important role in the management of fleet fuel spend across cars, vans and commercial vehicles, with consolidated invoicing and reporting forming part of broader oversight and audit requirements within publicly funded operations.

Innovation at Greenarc Fuel Cards is focused on solving real problems, from improving reporting and controls to providing clear, timely support through dedicated account management. The business remains committed to delivering reliable solutions that customers can trust, backed by insight that helps them stay in control.

Kevin, Fuel Card Director at Greenarc Fuel Cards, said: “We’re proud to be awarded a place on the CCS framework, especially as a Northern scaling business only a few years into our journey.

“Public sector organisations need suppliers they can trust, with clear, transparent pricing and reliable service. This appointment recognises our focus on building strong partnerships and making fuel and fleet management simpler.”

While CCS framework appointments do not guarantee contract awards, they provide an established procurement route that reflects increasing emphasis on compliance, transparency and supplier assurance across the fuel and fleet management landscape.

The appointment marks an important milestone for Greenarc Fuel Cards and highlights the role that scaling businesses can play in supporting public sector operations.
