The State Oil Group – parent of Harvest Energy and Prax Petroleum – was amongst the finalists at the Surrey Super Growth Awards held earlier this month.

Some of the fastest growing companies in Surrey were short-listed as finalists, based on profitable turnover growth over a three-year period up to the end of the 2014 accounting period.

In the retail sector, the State Oil Group which was founded in 2000, is represented by Harvest Energy with over 100 dealer sites and State Oil, which administers 11 company-owned fuel service stations in the UK. State Oil’s UK aim is to provide competitively priced high-quality products and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Entrants were from a wide range of sectors including manufacturing, advanced engineering, construction, professional services, digital marketing and information technology. State Oil was one of the few companies to stand out in the fuel sector with an impressive 101.5% growth rate.
