Waterside Service Station in Paignton, Marldon Service Station in Marldon, Aller Vale Service Station in Kingskerswell and Glendower Service Station in Torquay were all reimaged in July.
The sites previously operated under JET branding but left the network 13 years ago. The relationship was revived last year when JET stepped in to supply the four forecourts during the disruption following the administration of Harvest Energy and wider Prax liquidation.
The development echoes a trend highlighted by Fuel Oil News in June, when two former Harvest/TotalEnergies sites joined JET after the brand had similarly provided fuel supply during the Prax insolvency.
Nick Cox, owner of the four site group, said returning to JET meant working again with “a brand we know and trust that never let us down in the past”.
Marldon is the group’s flagship site, combining fuel sales with a workshop and large Budgens convenience store, while the other locations serve a mix of local residents, holiday traffic and passing motorists across South Devon.
Alex Keating, Retail Account Manager for Phillips 66 Ltd, described the return as “a significant moment for JET”, adding that the four independently operated sites reflect the brand’s relationship-led approach to dealer support.
JET network continues to grow
The additions continue a period of dealer network expansion for JET through new signings, re-ties and returning sites.
JET says its UK network now totals 346 locations, comprising 335 dealer-owned, dealer-operated sites and 11 company-owned, dealer-operated forecourts.
That compares with 336 sites when FON reported on the network’s expansion in June, providing another indication of how changes following the Prax collapse continue to reshape relationships within the independent forecourt sector.
