The acquisitions strengthen the group’s capabilities in drainage, construction, environmental services and fuel infrastructure, enabling LCM to offer clients a broader range of specialist services through a single organisation.
LCM Environmental Group supports operators of critical and regulated sites, providing services including fuel infrastructure installation and maintenance, tank management, drainage, environmental controls, construction works, testing and compliance support. According to the company, the acquisitions form part of a wider growth strategy aimed at increasing technical expertise, regional coverage and operational capability across the site infrastructure lifecycle.
Octane Holding Group Ltd and Octane Draincare Ltd add further expertise in drainage and environmental services, while bringing established customer relationships and operational experience into the group.
Environmental Construction Services Ltd strengthens LCM’s construction capability. The two businesses have worked together for many years and the acquisition formalises that relationship, creating a more integrated construction offering for clients.
Petro Systems Management Ltd expands LCM’s presence in Ireland, adding local fuel infrastructure expertise and supporting the group’s ability to serve customers across the region.
New strengths and a common focus

They also allow us to build on relationships that are already well established.

Octane founders Richard Sykes and Jason Unsworth said: “We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve built with Octane and the team behind it. LCM is the right partner to take the business forward, and we’re confident the business will continue to grow and succeed under its ownership.”
