Phillips 66 powers ahead and scores a hit with customers

Phillips 66 has shared customer feedback from its biennial conference ‘Power Ahead’ – which took place in Dubrovnik, Croatia.

Held from 1-3 October, more than 200 attendees from the retail, wholesale, marine and LPG business sectors enjoyed a busy and carefully curated itinerary. A unique opportunity to re-acquaint with familiar faces, meet customers and for Phillips 66 to share its ‘Power Ahead’ vision, it was also an opportunity to celebrate JET’s platinum anniversary and 70 years of customer-driven success.

Positive feedback

Phillips 66 customers rated the overall experience 4.8 out of a maximum score of 5 with the ‘overall value’ of the 2024 conference scoring an impressive 4.9. Held in one of Croatia’s most captivating and beautiful cities, the conference included a series of hosted business sessions, whilst also providing a unique opportunity for customers to engage and network. The sessions, that covered a number of topics including: Succeeding in the Energy Transition, Wholesale and Retail Business Updates, Energy Markets in Flux, plus Phillips 66’s Integrated UK Strategy – scored an overall satisfaction rating of 4.8.

“Getting to spend quality time with our customers in an environment that was open and relaxed was a real privilege,” says Rupert Turner, Managing Director, UK Marketing, Phillips 66 Limited. “While it was immensely gratifying to get such positive feedback, we also learnt about what we could do better. The conference provided a valuable opportunity to share our strategy and future vision, while also allowing us to really connect and talk with our customers – and, most importantly, to listen.”

The feedback survey also asked customers who attended the conference their ‘overall satisfaction of Phillips 66 as a fuel supplier’ and the ‘likelihood of doing business with Phillips 66 in the future’. For both, they scored a perfect 5.
