Focussed on the member experience
“I am delighted to announce Katia’s promotion to Executive Director of Membership and Engagement,” commented Chief Executive Ben Fletcher.
“She has already implemented significant improvements to the quality and impact of our events programme, and since taking on the engagement and membership portfolio, has demonstrated outstanding leadership and commitment to our members through the development of our new engagement and membership strategy.
“This appointment also heralds the move to a dedicated team focused on the member experience at Logistics UK. Katia’s remit will bring together in one place all facets of member relations, new member growth and the high quality events programme which Logistics UK is renowned for, ensuring that the needs and priorities of our members remain at the heart of our organisational focus.
“I would like to congratulate her on her progress to date and look forward to working with her and the rest of our executive committee to expand on the positive impact our organisation can have on members’ businesses.”
