Lee Martin has started a new role as National Wholesale Manager at Watson Fuels. Tate Oils
Continuing its investment in people and growth, Tate Oils has welcomed Calum M. as the business’ new Sales Manager.
Commenting on the appointment, Sales Director Ian Davies said: “Calum joins us with extensive experience in managing call centres and leading sales teams, with a particular strength in building proactive sales teams that create new opportunity.”
Ian continued: “Importantly, this is about adding to our capability, not replacing it.
“Calum’s role is to help unlock further growth while supporting and enhancing the strong performance of our existing sales team.
LCM
Fuel infrastructure specialist LCM has Introduced Richard Armour, as the new General Manager for LCM Ireland.
With more than 20 years’ experience across the energy and fuel sectors, Richard’s background spans gas infrastructure, commercial renewables, liquid fuels, road tankers, calibration and tanker testing.
In his new role, Richard will lead the continued growth of LCM Ireland, helping customers access the full LCM Environmental portfolio, from forecourt installations and planned maintenance to interceptor management, fuel infrastructure support, environmental services and clean energy transition services.
EET Hydrogen & Power
Ruth Herbert MPhys FEI has been appointed to the role of Chief Executive Officer, EET Hydrogen & Power, effective from 1 July. She succeeds Joe Seifert, who is returning to the investment banking sector.
Ruth takes on the role at EET Hydrogen & Power as it approaches Final Investment Decision (FID) on its landmark HPP1 project.
Announcing the appointment, Prashant Ruia, Chief Executive of Essar Energy Transition, said: “We are delighted that Ruth will be stepping into the role of CEO for EET Hydrogen and Power.
“Her track record in the sector is considerable, and she has already been instrumental in shaping our vision for a low-carbon energy hub in the North West. Ruth is perfectly positioned to lead the business through the next phase of delivery.”
Ruth commented: “It is a privilege to lead EET Hydrogen & Power at such a pivotal moment. Joe has built a world-class team and an incredible project pipeline. My focus will be on maintaining this momentum, working closely with our partners and the Government to deliver the low carbon hydrogen that is so vital to the UK’s industrial future.”
Moorland Fuels
Alfie Collins has become the new Marketing & Sales Coordinator for Moorland Fuels.
His role will involve be to manage the distributor’s online presence and communications.
Logistics UK
Business group Logistics UK has made three internal appointments to support the organisation’s work.
Michelle Gardner, formerly Deputy Director of Policy, has been appointed to the new position of Chief of Staff.
Formerly Deputy Director of Public Affairs, Ben Garratt steps into the role of Interim Policy and Communications Director, taking over from Kevin Green, who left the business in early January.
Meanwhile, Katia Yakovleva’s role has been expanded from Deputy Director of Events to Interim Deputy Director of Engagement and Membership.
