With a proven track record in both operational and strategic roles, Andrew brings with him a deep understanding of the industry and a clear vision for the future.

Building on the department’s strong foundations, his priorities will be enhancing the working environment and further developing commercial performance. Initially managing a 30-strong team, a planned recruitment drive will support growth plans.

Unique

Speaking about his appointment, Andrew said: “Certas Energy plays a unique role within the industry, and I’m looking forward to driving growth and innovation in our Fuel Cards offering with our customers at the heart.

“It is an exciting time to be rejoining the business, with the relaunch of the industry’s first and only digital fuel card, FuelTapp, and the continued expansion of our bunker and truckstop site across the country. We have the infrastructure, scale, and ambition to support all types of fleets and operators.

“Our next chapter will place a strong focus on driver safety, convenience and the continued reliable supply of fuel for our customers, whether that be for diesel, HVO, or AdBlue.”
