Customer support
Mimi will spend most of her time on the road, meeting and supporting the company’s fuel sector customers and manage all internal communication with the technical, support and development TouchStar teams. In addition, Mimi will participate in the development and execution of strategic initiatives to support TouchStar’s long-term growth objectives – identifying new business opportunities and ensuring that the company’s initiatives are in line with the evolving fuel landscape.
Mimi is an established professional with over thirteen years of experience in the oil and petroleum sector. Graduating with a law degree from the University of Bolton, her first job role was with Skelmersdale-based Fairbanks Environmental (part of Dover Fuelling Systems). After three years, she moved to the Fairbanks Johannesburg location as Operations Manager. In early 2015 she moved to another South African fuel specialist, TSG, where she held positions as Wetstock Account Manager and Systems & Automation Business Manager.

Specialising in client relationship management and strategic partnerships, Mimi has consistently delivered tailored solutions to diverse accounts throughout her career. Her approach combines technical expertise with commercial acumen, enabling effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
