Lindsay Southall has recently joined Greenergy as Commercial Account Manager for Scotland and Northern Ireland. Lindsay spoke with Fuel Oil News about her new industry role.
“I’ve spent the last eight years with Petroineos as an Account Manager, working closely with customers and building strong relationships across the industry. I’ve really enjoyed getting to know the market, the people within it and understanding what matters most to customers day to day.
“I’ve now joined Greenergy as Commercial Account Manager, looking after customers across Scotland and Northern Ireland. While the role is familiar territory for me, moving to Greenergy gives me a fresh challenge and the opportunity to bring my experience and relationships into a new business.
“My focus is very much on getting out there, meeting customers, listening to what they need and building long-term partnerships. I’m looking forward to growing Greenergy’s presence across Scotland and Northern Ireland, developing new opportunities and, most importantly, becoming someone, our customers know they can pick up the phone to and rely on.”

He will be responsible for accelerating the development of DCC Energy’s integrated multi-energy offering, in line with the company’s commitment to helping customers navigate an increasingly complex energy landscape.

CDS
Harry Boxall has joined CDS as Onboarding & Customer Success Lead.
A spokesperson for the industry software solution provider commented: “Harry brings extensive downstream fuel distribution experience to the business, taking the number of CDS employees with first-hand industry experience to 11.
“His appointment further strengthens CDS’ ability to help customers adopt the next generation of CODAS, combining software expertise with a deep understanding of the operational challenges faced by fuel distributors.”
Road Tankers Northern Ltd
Ben Firth has taken up a new role as sales executive for Road Tankers Northern Ltd.
Ben brings over 19 years of fuel oil industry experience and is “keen to continue improving and learning as the industry evolves.”
Speaking about his new role, Ben said: “I’m looking forward to reconnecting with people across the industry, building on strong relationships, and helping businesses find the right tanker solutions.”
Logistics UK
Logistics UK has appointed Brenda Maguire as its Northern Ireland Policy Lead.
With over 16 years’ experience working in policy and campaigning roles, Maguire brings a strong track record of representing major organisations and industries across Northern Ireland. In her new role, Maguire will lead Logistics UK’s policy activity in Northern Ireland, working closely with members, political stakeholders and industry partners to champion the priorities of the logistics sector.
Maguire said: “I look forward to working with our members across Northern Ireland to understand their priorities, represent their interests and help ensure the sector can continue to operate safely, efficiently and sustainably in our unique trading position.”
