One of two new vehicles for the Preston-based distributor, the tanker has a DAF CF370 chassis with a Euro 6 engine and is equipped with air conditioning, satellite navigation and a built-in truck phone. Its five compartments hold quantities from 2,000 – 5,000 litres with the tanker’s total capacity being 18,000 litres.
The vehicle also features MechTronic equipment with temperature compensation and is capable of delivering both metered on bulk or hose with the added capability of being able to do uplifts. The hose reel is from Collins Youldon and the hose is a 200-foot Goodyear Redwing.
