Both Molly and Ossy were presented with long-service certificates and gifts in recognition of their dedication and commitment to the company.
A decade of growth and opportunity
Melissa Lancaster, Brand Manager, said: “Over the past decade, Molly has seen New Era Energy grow significantly and has been part of that journey every step of the way.”
“Ten years has gone by so quickly,” Molly reflected. “It’s been amazing to see how much New Era Energy has grown during that time and to have been part of that journey. I’ve made some great friends along the way, learned a lot and had opportunities to develop within my role.
“It’s a fantastic team to be part of and I’m grateful for all the support I’ve received over the years.”
Outstanding service
Billy Fuller, National Transport Manager, presented Ossy with his certificate and explained what an impact Ossy has made on the business: “Ossy has been an integral part of the New Era team for the past 10 years. From starting on the oil/lubricants truck, progressing through the rigid tankers and now driving the artics, his dedication and hard work have been clear every step of the way.
“Respected and appreciated by everyone at New Era, Ossy is a true team player and always a pleasure to work alongside.”
Ossy added: “It’s hard to believe it’s been 10 years since I joined New Era. I’ve worked with some great people, made some good friends and seen the business grow every year. I’m proud to be part of the New Era Energy team.”

Certas Energy shortlisted for climate action award
Nationwide distributor, Certas Energy, has been shortlisted for the Environment and Sustainability Award at the 2026 Isle of Wight Chamber Business Awards.
Announcing its inclusion, the company described it as: “A fantastic acknowledgement to our team’s contribution to the Island’s economy and the work we’re doing to drive sustainable progress.
The Isle of Wight’s business awards celebrate excellence, innovation and community impact. The Environment and Sustainability Award recognises commitment to climate action rewarding those actively changing how they work to protect the environment. Judges look for operational changes, such as reducing waste or carbon footprints, and nature support with impact is judged relative to business size.

Richard Wallace of LCM shortlisted for British Forces in Business Awards
LCM CEO Richard Wallace has been shortlisted as a finalist in the British Forces in Business Awards 2026, which recognise the achievements of veterans across UK businesses.
The shortlist celebrates individuals who have made a significant contribution within their organisations and industries, demonstrating the leadership, resilience and commitment developed through military service.
Commenting on the recognition, Richard said: “I am incredibly proud to have been shortlisted for the British Forces in Business Awards. What makes the nomination particularly special is that it came from one of our employees, Alan White, who is himself a veteran and a valued member of the LCM team.”
