Templates of a Moorland Fuels tanker were created and children under 14 were encouraged to turn the tanker into works of art by adding colourful designs to the body of the tanker to make it Christmassy.

The company has announced that Rosie Harris, aged 8 from Lifton, Devon, won the competition by transforming the tanker into a reindeer.  She is a keen artist and has a Blue Peter badge for drawing.

“We had more than 100 entries into our Christmas card and the standard of entry was very high,” said Moorland Fuels managing director, Ben More.  “Our staff members and a team from our fuel supplier BWOC, judged the entries and chose Rosie’s artwork.  They all loved the creativity of turning the tanker into a reindeer.”

Rosie won a family day out at Crealy Adventure Park, plus Moorland Fuels donated £25 to her chosen charity, Friends of Lifton School (FOALS).
