The award was based on performance data collected from all 12 service providers used by Suckling Transport during 2011 for the maintenance of its road tanker fleet. Harwoods secured victory with a 100% first time pass rate, high workshop audit score, and consistently high levels of service. The company services and maintains Suckling Transport’s Shell fleet of tankers based at the Hythe terminal. “We receive great support from all our truck dealerships, and had been thinking of introducing an awards programme for some time,” said Suckling’s fleet engineer, Dan Bauckham.
